Cindy Fox has helped organizations achieve higher levels of performance and success using XBInsight assessment tools for the last decade. Guiding leaders through the process of selection and development, she helps them assess the strengths and weaknesses of their teams and define a clear benchmark for each job to secure the talent necessary for long-term success. She also delivers “Train the Trainer” programs and has certified hundreds of other coaches, trainers and professionals in the various XBInsight assessments.
Cindy received a BS in science from the University of Bridgeport. She is a graduate of the Registered Corporate Coach Program and Corporate Coach University. She also holds several professional accreditations including Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst/Values Analyst, Certified Attribute Index Analyst and Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and the American Society of Training and Development.
