As a leadership consultant for a global leadership consulting firm, she spearheaded the shift in strategy to optimize talent resourcing across the U.S. which resulted in a 2.5+ million revenue generation through channel partners and resourcing of 4.5 million to contract consultants significantly reducing the organizations overhead expense over the course of 2 years.

She holds a BA in Finance & Economics from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and an MA in Leadership from Northeastern University.
