As an executive coach, Cindy leverages her extensive experience building high-performing teams to produce profitable growth, develop industry-leading products, and create corporate strategies in complex, changing environments. She is passionate about the potential and development of leaders. Cindy’s background includes assisting organizations with the selection, hiring, and development of global executives, coaching C-suite leaders and executive teams in leadership development and effectiveness, and high-level growth and strategy building, and service modeling.

Prior to entering the executive coaching field, Cindy held numerous global leadership roles in business and human resources, giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of talent and organizational success. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer for one of the world’s largest staffing organizations, Randstad, with oversight of its entire global businesses after holding several other leadership positions with the company.

Cindy also held the position of Executive Vice President with Aon, where she built and led a new business, 360 Absence Solutions, that provided an integrated approach to absence, wellness, and productivity management. Before that, she was responsible for profit and loss management of the U.S. human capital business and led a team of over 225 colleagues in design and delivery of client solutions in her EVP, Global Human Capital Practice Leader role.

Cindy holds a Master of Science, Organizational Dynamics, degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire. In addition, she completed several programs and certifications, including the Global Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University, the Human Resources Executive Development Program at Cornell University, and an Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting certification from the University of Pennsylvania.
