Sue leverages her 20+ years serving in key leadership roles within the staffing and SAAS industries to coach and advise executives in how to achieve the greatest career success possible, improve performance, and career mobility. In addition, she conducts team-based workshops and coaching to ensure optimal alignment and create greater team unity. Through her extensive experience developing new, often disruptive technologies and high-growth software products, Sue has provided coaching and strategic advisement to a number of C-suite executives, helping them bring better products and solutions to market.
Prior to her coaching career, Sue was the Chief Revenue Officer of several high growth HR, Wellbeing, and HealthTech companies including Checkster, Grokker, and League. She has also had multiple global executive roles within the software unicorns Taleo and SuccessFactors prior to their acquisitions by Oracle and SAP respectively. During her time with Grokker, Sue also served as the Chief Diversity Officer, ensuring that the wellbeing solution embodied an experience that served all users logging into the platform for wellness coaching and advice.
Sue holds a degree in Arts, Speech and Communication from the University of Waterloo, Canada. She’s a writer, speaker, and global spokesperson, regularly presenting at conferences and to senior executives about topics such as gender equality, DIEB practices, and all things talent, from career, culture, and wellbeing to retention and succession planning. As the primary caregiver to her dad, Sue has experienced firsthand how employer support can make a world of difference to employees tasked with this critical “third shift” and advocates for her fellow caregivers whenever she can.
