Playing a key role in the development of the XBInsight System, Dr. Suzanne Miklos has nearly two decades of consulting experience in talent management and executive coaching. She focuses on helping clients evaluate and develop leaders who can implement the company’s vision and business strategies. She is a regularly engaged as a facilitator for executive teams and a wide variety of organizational effectiveness activities.
Suzanne is a contributing columnist for The Industrial Psychologist. With an emphasis on lifelong development (a key part of her doctoral program), she routinely speaks to business and HR groups. Suzanne earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. She is also a graduate of the Newfield Coaching Institute. She is a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
