XBInsight, Inc. (“XBInsight,” “us,” “we,” “our”) values our customers and respects your privacy.  This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our website (the “Site”) and is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use the personal information you provide us.  By using the Site, you accept and agree to the practices this Privacy Policy describes. 

Information We Collect

When you use our Site, we may collect and use personally identifiable information about you, as well as other information.  “Personally identifiable information” includes your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and other similar information that can be used to identify you.  More specifically, when you use our Site, we may collect and store the following information:

• Information You Give Us Directly by filling in forms on the Site.  This may include name, postal address, email address, telephone number, or similar information that can be used to identify you and is defined as personal or personally identifiable information under applicable law. If you ask to be placed on our email list, we will collect your email address; providing any other information is voluntary. We may also maintain a record of your product purchases.

• Information Provided to Us When You Communicate with Us for any reason, including information you provide in emails you send us, responses to surveys, and search queries.

• Payment Information. We may collect and process payment information from you when you place an order with us, including credit card numbers and billing information, using third-party PCI-compliant service providers.  Except for this, we do not collect any financial information from you.

• From Third Party Sites.  If you access any of our Site with your log-in credentials from a social networking site (e.g., Facebook or LinkedIn) or if you otherwise agree to associate your account with us with a social networking site, we may receive personal information about you from such social networking site, in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy of the social networking site. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you via our Site.

Consent and Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect from you primarily to enable us to provide our Site in the best possible manner.  We only use this information in compliance with this Privacy Policy.  We will never sell your personal information.

Use of Personal Information

In addition to the uses identified elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we may use your personal information to: 

• Respond to any requests you may have;
• Notify you about changes to the Site;
• Improve your browsing experience by personalizing the Site; or 
• Notify you of new products, promotions, and upcoming sales and events.

Use of Credit Card Information

If you give us credit card information, we use it solely to place orders from you.  We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing.  This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf. 

Security
We use commercially suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on our Site. These procedures include, but are not limited to, encryption, passwords, and physical security.  We also limit access to any personally identifiable information we receive to employees who need access to that information in order to do their jobs.  However, no data protection procedures are entirely infallible.  As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% secure.

Sharing Your Information

We may share your personal information with trusted third parties, including service providers under contract who help with our business operations.

We may also share aggregated non-identifiable information about our general users with third parties in order to help market our products and develop new vendor and customer relationships.

Such third parties have access to personal information as needed to perform their functions, but they are not allowed to use it for other purposes. We do not sell or rent personal information collected through our Site to anyone. 

Other Circumstances:  We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to:

Third-Party Websites and Social Media Features
Our Site may contain links to other sites, including those of third parties such as LinkedIn and HubSpot.  While we seek to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices other websites use.  By accessing other third party websites or applications through our Site, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites.  It is possible that other parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site.

If your information has been shared with a third party, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, then that third party has received its own copy of your data.  If you have been contacted by one of these third parties and wish to correct or delete your information, please contact them directly.

Visitors from the European Economic Area and the Privacy Shield 

The Site is hosted and operated in the United States (“US”) and elsewhere in the world.  By using the Site, you are consenting to the transfer of your personal information to the US.  If you are accessing our Site from outside the US, please be advised that US law may not offer the same privacy protections are the law of your jurisdiction.  

General Data Protection Regulation
If you are a data subject in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data we have collected about you.  You also have the right to data portability and the right to restrict or object to our processing of personal data we have collected about you.  You may withdraw your consent at any time for any data processing we do based on consent you have provided to us.

If you have any issues with our compliance, you have the right to lodge a complaint with an EEA supervisory authority.

California Privacy Rights

California law allows California residents to ask companies with whom they have an established business relationship to provide certain information about the companies’ sharing of personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not share any California consumer personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

Users Only of Legal Age of Majority

Our Site is intended for a general audience over 18 years of age and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.  We do not intend to collect personal information as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) (“Children’s Personal Information”) in a manner that is not permitted by COPPA, and for any children’s or mixed-use portions of our Site (if any) we will comply with COPPA.  If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected Children’s Personal Information in a manner not permitted by COPPA, please contact us at the email address listed below and we will remove such data to the extent required by COPPA.  

Privacy Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy was last updated on March 25, 2025.

We update the Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it regularly. If we materially change our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by contacting you through your user account e-mail address or by posting a notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed your agreement that your information may be used in accordance with the new policy.  If you do not agree with the changes, then you should stop using the Site and notify us that you do not want your information used in accordance with the changes.
