Strategic Account Management 2
This session is designed to provide sales representatives with the tools to take Strategic Account Management to the next level. In this session, participants will refine their processes for managing and growing their territory’s top accounts and converting target accounts into top revenue generating accounts. Accountability systems are presented in an easy to understand format so that participants can implement and execute.
Each sales representative, along with his/her manager, will participate in a coaching session with an XBInsight coach. Strategies that were created for all key and target accounts will be reviewed and refined, along with the updated strategic account management individual forms. The participant will be coached through challenges to improve results.
During this workshop, participants will learn to:
- To maximize the Strategic Account Management strategy.
- To manage obstacles and challenges using the Strategic Account Management process.
- To identify how to continue to improve and refine the process for each sales representative and their team.
